Arizona PBS interviews Global Sport Institute CEO Kenneth Shropshire about Brian Flores lawsuit
Shropshire discussed the allegations of racial discrimination in the lawsuit, the history of the Rooney Rule, and the potential effects of the suit.
“When the (Rooney) rule first went in force, it certainly had a major impact,” Shropshire said, adding “Reliance completely on that rule is not the path to take.”
